Job Summary:
This internship involves receiving and analyzing damages, identifying root causes, proposing improvements, and supporting operational areas, ensuring continuous control and optimization of processes.
Key Highlights:
1. Analyze incidents and propose continuous process improvements.
2. Provide support to Inventory, Damages, and Merchandising Sorting departments.
3. Record, monitor, and close incidents in the system.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (from the 3rd semester onward) in Administration, Logistics, Business Management, or related fields;
* Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills; knowledge of Power Query and Power BI is a plus;
* Availability to intern for 6 hours per day;
* Work location: Rodovia 4º anel viário.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Receive and tabulate daily damages arising from customer incidents.
* Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and propose improvements.
* Report incident status to management.
* Perform sorting and return of damaged products received from customers.
* Record, monitor, and close incidents in the system, ensuring process control and continuous improvement.
* Maintain the department’s performance indicator spreadsheet.
* Provide support to Inventory, Damages, and Merchandising Sorting departments.
* Perform other duties inherent to and related to the position.
