Logistics Coordinator

Description

Responsible for planning, organizing, and ensuring the efficient execution of logistics operations, guaranteeing the proper flow of product receiving, storage, picking, and shipping. Manages operational teams, monitors performance indicators, and drives continuous process improvement to ensure productivity, quality, and safety. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, and shipping operations * Ensure adherence to deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs) * Monitor and analyze performance indicators * Manage team (scheduling, development, feedback, and discipline) * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards * Address operational issues and make timely decisions * Implement continuous improvements and cost reduction initiatives * Interface with departments such as transportation, planning, and commercial ### **Technical Competencies** * Knowledge of logistics processes and supply chain * Performance indicator management (productivity, accuracy, lead time, etc.) * Experience with WMS systems * Operational planning and demand management * Basic understanding of inventory and stock control * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, 5S, PDCA) * Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) ### **Behavioral Competencies** * Leadership and people management * Decision-making under pressure * Clear and assertive communication * Organization and sense of priority * Analytical thinking and results orientation * Proactivity and ownership mindset * Resilience and adaptability ### **General Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree (Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields) * Prior experience in logistics operations (distribution centers, transportation, or manufacturing) * Experience managing teams * Flexible availability (operations may require shift work) ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Logistics/Supply Chain * Experience in large-scale distribution centers * Knowledge of logistics automation Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Desired Education: * Logistics, Bachelor's Degree * Discounts at partner establishments * Gympass * On-site meal allowance * Corporate citizenship program * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan
