A food wholesale company headquartered in Barra Mansa, RJ, founded in March 2007\. With approximately 18 years in the market, it specializes in distributing meats, sausages, and frozen products, serving various regional customers. \*Position:\* Logistics Assistant \*Schedule:\* 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday \*Salary:\* R$ 1\.800,00 \*Benefits:\* Meal Voucher + Food Allowance + Transportation Voucher \*Desired Profile:\* We seek a proactive, communicative, committed, organized individual with interest in learning and professional growth. \*Requirements:\* \* Minimum experience in this role or in administrative/logistics activities; \*Job Responsibilities\* Delivery Tracking: Monitor vehicle locations and the status of each order (dispatched, in transit, delivered). * Incident Management: Quickly identify route deviations, unauthorized stops, or delays, and take immediate corrective actions. * End-to-End Visibility: Monitor transportation and warehouse KPIs via a centralized dashboard. * Carrier Management: Evaluate carrier performance (third-party or owned fleet) regarding timeliness and quality. * Freight Auditing: Analyze costs and verify whether charged amounts align with contracts. * Digital Proof-of-Delivery Management: Manage digital delivery confirmations to expedite billing. * Risk Management: Anticipate potential bottlenecks (traffic, weather, warehouse issues) and act preventively. * Integrated Communication: Serve as an intermediary among suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and end customers to improve communication.
