Handle discrepancies, damages, or irregularities in processes. **JOIN OUR TEAM\- SHIPPING ASSISTANT** **Job Mission** Assist in merchandise verification, organization, and shipment processes, ensuring all goods are shipped according to the quality, timeliness, and safety standards established by the cooperative and its customers. **Shipping Processes** * Conduct merchandise verification, checking quantities, codes, batches, and conditions. **Control and Organization** * Maintain an organized department, adhering to safety regulations. * Record inflows and outflows in systems or spreadsheets, as required. * Handle discrepancies, damages, or irregularities. **Education** * Completed high school education. * Logistics-related courses are advantageous. **Experience** * Prior experience in shipping, inventory, logistics, or similar areas is preferred. **Knowledge** * Basic understanding of material verification. * Strong organizational skills. * Familiarity with control systems (ERP, spreadsheets, or similar) is preferred. **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization * Agility * Attention to detail * Teamwork * Responsibility * Commitment * Clear and direct communication **Working Conditions** * Warehouse, logistics, or operational environment. * Mandatory use of PPE.
