Job Summary: A professional responsible for retrieving, storing, and pre-preparing food items; sanitizing equipment and utensils; maintaining sector assets; and serving customers. Key Highlights: 1. Handle food pre-preparation and kitchen organization. 2. Maintain sector assets and equipment. 3. Provide service to internal and external customers. **Responsibilities:** Retrieve requested products from the SND warehouse; Store food items in compliance with current legislation until portioning. Sanitize and organize sector equipment and utensils. Participate in institutional activities promoted by the organization, as required. Maintain sector assets and equipment, monitoring proper usage as well as corrective and preventive maintenance. Perform food pre-preparation according to prescribed diets. Serve internal and external customers. 06:30 to 18:30 \- Shift D1 or D2 Work schedule: 12 hours on / 36 hours off; Basic education.
