Actively contribute to building an academic environment **JUNIOR TECHNOLOGY AND SUPPORT ANALYST** We are seeking a Junior Technology and Support Analyst who wishes to actively participate in building a modern, functional, and well-structured academic environment. We seek a practical, collaborative, and solution-oriented individual who enjoys close interaction with people and classrooms, possesses a service-oriented mindset, and holds genuine interest in supporting teachers, students, and staff in optimally utilizing technology. More than simply keeping systems operational, we seek someone who helps make the educational experience seamless, reliable, and technically well-executed. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** Educational Experience Support * Provide classroom technology support, ensuring proper operation of audiovisual resources; * Assist teachers in using educational equipment and technologies (projection, microphones, computers, and AVI systems); * Prepare and pre-test equipment prior to classes, presentations, and academic events; * Address student requests related to the use of academic technological resources; * Support sound, video, and presentation operations during institutional activities; * Contribute to continuous improvement of the classroom technological experience. Technical Support and User Assistance * Provide on-site and remote technical support to users (Level 1 and Level 2\); * Log, track, and resolve support tickets from initiation to closure; * Conduct basic training on system and tool usage; * Perform preventive and corrective hardware and software maintenance; * Install, configure, and test equipment and systems. Technology Infrastructure and Operations * Support IT infrastructure maintenance (networks, connectivity, and devices); * Configure and maintain computers, peripherals, and printers; * Manage inventory and logistics of technological equipment; * Develop technical documentation and user support materials; * Maintain backup routines and organization of technological resources; * Create and keep an updated knowledge base. Continuous Construction and Improvement * Monitor technology implementations alongside IT and audiovisual vendors; * Participate in structuring and evolving the institution’s technological environments; * Identify opportunities to improve educational processes and resources; * Proactively drive technological organization and standardization across the institution. **WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU** * Service-oriented mindset and closeness to people; * Builder profile — desire to organize, improve, and structure; * Collaborative attitude and sense of responsibility; * Proactivity and autonomy; * Genuine interest in education and technology applied to teaching. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Technology or related fields; * Experience providing technical user support (Level 1 and Level 2\); * Practical, organized, and problem-solving oriented profile; * Strong communication skills and ease of interaction with teachers and students. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience in educational technology or technical support within academic environments; * Knowledge of audiovisual systems (projection, microphones, sound, and video); * Experience with Microsoft 365 Education; * Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Intune, and device management; * Experience with digital teaching and collaboration platforms; * Knowledge of servers or cloud environments. **ABOUT THIS POSITION** * On-site work in Pinheiros \- São Paulo, SP; * Morning shift: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional Saturday coverage; * Benefits: Flexible meal/voucher, transportation voucher, health insurance, and TotalPass (access to gyms and wellness programs).
