For us, what matters most is that your profile aligns with our principles and culture. **The Profile We’re Seeking:** We are seeking a person to join our Content and Creation team, supporting the production, organization, and distribution of content across social media, blog, YouTube, radio, and TV channels for our stores. This position will support institutional projects, employer branding initiatives, campaigns, and programs such as Escola da Marcenaria, Leo Social, Marcenaria 4\.0, and LSM, working in partnership with various departments. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the creation and adaptation of content for different channels. * Organize editorial calendars, topics, and timelines. * Produce captions, texts, simple scripts, and institutional content. * Support campaigns, influencer collaborations, and content distribution. * Interface with internal departments, designers, agencies, and partners. * Support review of materials, metrics, and performance reports. * Use AI tools for process optimization. * Support basic video capture and editing. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or completed degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, or related fields. * Strong writing skills, organizational ability, and proactive attitude. * Interest in social media, digital content, and brand communication. * Ability to handle multiple tasks and collaborate effectively. * Experience with content, social media, or digital marketing. **Advantages** * Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Trello, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and Bass Monitor. * Basic knowledge of SEO, content metrics, and performance analysis. * Interest in digital trends, short-form videos, and AI applications in communication. **Additional Information** At Leo, we believe caring for people is part of how we grow together.
