Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Technician to join our technology team, providing operational support and ensuring the efficiency of our computer fleet and network infrastructure. Key Highlights: 1. Direct involvement in operational support and maintenance of IT infrastructure. 2. Focus on assembly and maintenance of computers, networks, and IP-based CCTV systems. 3. Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, emphasizing responsiveness and communication. We are looking for an IT Technician to join our technology team. You will directly handle operational support, ensuring that our computer fleet, network infrastructure, and entire monitoring system (CCTV) operate at maximum efficiency to support our operational workflow. **Your Responsibilities:** * Assemble, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, printers, and peripherals. * Install, configure, and troubleshoot workstations running **Windows 11**. * Install, configure, and maintain **IP-based CCTV systems**, with strong expertise in solutions, NVRs/DVRs, and **Hikvision**-brand cameras. * Actively manage physical infrastructure: network cabling installation, crimping, configuration and testing of IPv4 networks, as well as rack organization. * Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to users (on-site and remote). * Triage operational tickets and deliver initial support to workstations and PDVs. **What We Are Looking For:** * Practical experience in hardware maintenance (component diagnostics, replacements, formatting, and configuration). * Practical experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office suite. * Hands-on knowledge of network infrastructure, IP addressing, and troubleshooting IPv4 networks. * Experience with CCTV infrastructure and associated monitoring equipment and software. * Agile profile with a sense of urgency, organizational skills, and strong communication abilities to interact effectively with colleagues across various departments. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * Prior experience providing IT support in wholesale, distribution, or retail companies. * Technical courses or certifications in electronic security. **What We Offer:** * Health Insurance (Unimed) * On-site meals * Basic food basket * Commuter allowance Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1.518,00 – R$2.300,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Basic food basket * Commuter allowance Work Location: On-site
