As an Inventory Assistant, you will play an essential role in organizing and controlling our inventory, contributing to operational efficiency and ensuring agile, accurate fulfillment of demands. Responsibilities: Goods Receiving: Inspect incoming goods and materials to ensure quality, quantity, and product integrity according to established standards. Storage and Organization: Strategically and efficiently organize and store products, maintaining orderly inventory and adhering to inventory control standards. Order Picking: Assist in order picking to meet internal or customer demands, ensuring agility, accuracy, and timeliness in fulfillment. Inventory Control: Conduct physical product counts during periodic inventories, record stock entries and exits in the inventory management system, and monitor goods flow. Operational Support: Assist with packaging, labeling, material restocking, and maintaining workplace organization. Safety and Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse clean and organized, uphold safety standards, and comply with internal occupational health and safety regulations. Requirements: Completed high school education. Prior experience in inventory or logistics activities (a plus). Basic computer and inventory management system knowledge. Ability to work collaboratively, proactively, diligently, and with a results focus. Skills in organization, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines and goals. What We Offer: Salary Range: R$1.800,00 - R$2.000,00 per month.
