Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for verifying invoices, fiscal notes, and cargo; issuing CT-e; recording returns; and monitoring logistics activities. Key Highlights: 1. Verification and organization of cargo and fiscal documents 2. Responsibility for issuing CT-e 3. Support in managing receiving, shipping, and storage · Invoice and fiscal note inspector; · Cargo loading/unloading inspector; · CT-e issuance; · Recording of returned products, including shortages, overages, and damages; · Monitoring receiving and shipping activities, as well as storage; · Verifying cargo and checking documentation; · Completing reports, guides, bulletins, loading plans, and receipts; · Controlling cargo loading and unloading movements in warehouses and yards; · May lead work teams. · Contributing to area organization and cleanliness (5S).
