* **Key Activities and Responsibilities:** * **Bulk Product Scheduling (Domestic):** Plan and schedule daily bulk liquid product dispatches, ensuring alignment with the production plan and customer demand. * **Risk Analysis (D+0):** Critically analyze risks of product shortage for same-day fulfillment, implementing preventive actions. * **Excess Removal Scheduling:** Weekly planning of excess product removal from warehouses to optimize space utilization and minimize losses. * **Third-Party Management (3PLs/Subcontractors):** Daily coordination of freight carriers and logistics service providers, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. * **Inventory Management (Internal and External):** Monitor and update inventory levels daily in both factory and external warehouses, aligning logistics scheduling with operational capacity. * **Customer Reporting and Follow-up:** Conduct on-demand communications with customers to report status, resolve incidents, and align operations. * **KPI Development and Analysis:** Monthly development of departmental performance indicators, conducting critical analyses and proposing improvements to logistics processes. **REQUIREMENTS** * Prior experience in this role, especially in **logistics operations focused on import/export or bulk liquid transportation**; * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields); * **Flexible working hours.** **We welcome applications from all individuals!** We value individuality and promote diversity as one of the fundamental pillars of our culture.
