Manage and execute corporate and functional HR activities within the company, ensuring compliance with routines, processes, and HR policies, thereby adding value to responsibilities related to employees. **How to Create Impact** * Administer recognition, onboarding, language, and compliance programs in accordance with current policies and procedures. * Collaborate with managers to establish schedules for executing PDI actions, deliver authorized trainings, and register internal trainings. * Maintain updated and continuously analyze people analytics, generating data as needed for interventions related to analyzed KPIs. * Assist employees by providing clarifications regarding personnel administration routines and directing them to ESS and MSS. * Gather documentation requested for labor proceedings and accompany hearings, acting as the company's representative or witness. * Conduct recruitment and selection processes—from aligning candidate profiles with managers to selecting candidates—per current R&S procedures. * Provide technical support on operational HR topics—including routines, processes, and HR policies—guiding and resolving queries from involved parties. **What We’d Like You to Bring** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Pedagogy, or related fields * Prior experience in HR routines and processes such as R&S, training, and labor relations * Experience in warehouse and logistics operations is desirable **What We Offer You** At Kuehne+Nagel, you are always part of a committed and dynamic team because great achievements are only possible together.
