Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing fleet performance indicators and processes, supporting decision-making to improve productivity and reduce costs. Key Highlights: 1. Operational process optimization and fleet management. 2. Development of action plans for productivity improvement and cost reduction. 3. Supporting decision-making through data analysis. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor and analyze fleet performance indicators. * Prepare managerial reports and dashboards. * Implement and monitor fleet management systems. * Map, review, and optimize operational processes. * Develop action plans focused on productivity, quality, and cost reduction. * Support decision-making through data and results analysis. * Ensure the reliability of departmental information and indicators. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields (in progress or completed). * Knowledge of KPIs, process management, and fleet management systems. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; Power BI is a plus.
