Job Summary: We are seeking an Expedition and Receiving Assistant to perform all operational activities, ensuring product integrity and warehouse organization at a national leader in the energy sector. We strive to provide the best work environment for our employees; therefore, we are seeking energetic professionals eager to learn new things and ready to be part of something bigger. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in all necessary operational activities; * Load and unload trucks, carry out vehicle loading and unloading, ensure products remain in good condition, guarantee activity quality, and safeguard product integrity; * Identify, verify, and photographically document volumes to be transported, as well as archive photos in the computerized system; * Direct items within the warehouse according to their status (packaging, consolidation, location box, or loading box), performing required identifications; * Prepare packaging for all materials requiring it; * Perform daily physical inventory counts; * Verify incoming materials at the warehouse by cross-checking material documentation against physical items (in perfect working condition) and ensuring accurate stock receipt. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in expedition and receiving is required. **Additional Information** * Attendance Bonus * Meal Allowance * Transportation * On-site Meals * Dental Plan * Co-payment Medical Assistance * Wellhub * Life Insurance To achieve our goals, we do not work alone.
