Provide executive and strategic support to the Director of Institutional and Governmental Relations, proactively managing their calendar, communications, and institutional commitments.

Provide executive and strategic support to the Director of Institutional and Governmental Relations, a member of the Executive Committee, ensuring efficient management of the calendar, communications, institutional commitments, and administrative demands of the Brasília office, with high standards of confidentiality, organization, and proactivity.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Manage the executive calendar, prioritizing complex internal and external appointments.
Organize in-person and virtual meetings, including preparation of invitations, materials, agendas, and follow-up on pending items.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, covering reservations, logistics, expense reporting, and itinerary development.
Act as the interface between the Directorate, Presidency, Executive Committee, internal departments, sectoral associations, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
Control the office’s payment flow, documents, correspondence, and Directorate-related requests, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Prepare, review, and format executive presentations, reports, minutes, memoranda, and institutional communications.
Monitor schedules, commitments, and action plans, performing follow-up with responsible departments.
Organize events, institutional meetings, official visits, and governmental relationship agendas.
Administer reimbursement processes, contracts, purchase requisitions, payments, and other administrative activities for the Directorate.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Degree in Administration, Political Science, Languages, Executive Secretariat, International Relations, Law, or related fields.
* Intermediate English proficiency is mandatory;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Communication skills;
* Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks;
* Willingness to travel.
