About the Role
UB Proteção is looking for a dedicated Estimator / Purchaser to work in São Ludgero/SC, Centro, under CLT employment terms. The professional will be responsible for analyzing estimates, negotiating labor services with repair shops, and performing quotations and procurement of parts from suppliers, ensuring quality and company cost standards.
Main Responsibilities
Analyze estimates and negotiate labor services with partner repair shops;
Perform part quotations and procurement from suppliers;
Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms to optimize costs;
Monitor purchase orders and ensure compliance with delivery deadlines;
Maintain direct contact with repair shops to schedule vehicle intake and track repair completion timelines;
Update internal systems and controls with accurate and up-to-date procurement process information;
Communicate quotations and timelines clearly and objectively to the customer service department.

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00, with a 1h13 lunch break.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Completed high school education (preferably with ongoing or completed undergraduate studies in Administration, Logistics, or related fields);
Prior experience in parts procurement (automotive or similar experience is a plus);
Knowledge of estimate and quotation analysis;
Advanced negotiation skills with suppliers;
Basic computer knowledge, especially Excel and internal systems;
Strong verbal and written communication skills to maintain efficient contact with suppliers and the customer service department;
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong sense of responsibility;
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple simultaneous tasks;
Proactivity and collaborative spirit.
