Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and organized individual to support e-commerce and marketplace operations, including order and billing management. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to learn about logistics and e-commerce Contribute to the operational efficiency of e\-commerce and marketplaces by supporting order control, billing, and operational communications with stores and customers—through analytical, organized, collaborative work with real responsibilities. Working days: Monday to Friday Shift: Morning (part-time) Responsibilities: * Support daily monitoring of e\-commerce order operations; * Monitor operational KPIs related to order flow; * Identify discrepancies, delays, or inconsistencies in processes; * Picking (order preparation): accurately locate and retrieve products from inventory; * Packing (packaging): package items securely for transportation and ensure optimal customer experience; * Shipping: generate and affix shipping labels, organize invoices, and sort packages by carrier / pickup schedule; * Organization: maintain a clean and orderly workplace and inventory; * Assist in monitoring product stock levels and report necessary replenishments; * Participate in monitoring user experience on marketplaces, addressing inquiries and complaints. Ideal Candidate Profile: We seek someone interested in learning about e\-commerce and logistics operational processes—organized, detail-oriented, and analytically capable. Comfort handling routine operational tasks and recurring controls is essential, as is a proactive attitude to track pending items and ensure timely follow-up with relevant departments. Strong communication skills and professionalism in interactions with stores, customers, and internal marketplace teams are highly valued, along with the ability to manage high volumes of information and appropriately prioritize tasks. Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Marketing, Communications, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields, with evening classes.
