We believe in relationships based on respect, appreciation, and empathy, and we advance to ensure an inclusive and dignified internal environment for everyone. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Participate in and execute, under supervision, low-complexity preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance—and occasionally medium-complexity maintenance under guidance—according to work plans or service orders, performing assembly and disassembly tasks to correct and maintain equipment in perfect operating condition; * Disassemble, repair, adjust, fix, and replace mechanical or electrical components of equipment, generators, transformers, machines, and motors under supervision; test, adjust, and calibrate to ensure proper functioning; * Perform low-complexity turning and milling operations on parts and components such as pulleys, couplings, thrust bushings, spacer rings, and shafts under supervision; * Perform, under direct supervision, cleaning and lubrication of motors, support bearings, gearboxes, gear pumps using degreasers, oils, and other various materials; * Assist or execute, under supervision, assembly and disassembly of bearings, bearings, pulleys, couplings, and electrical cable laying for equipment connection in areas, using wrenches, pliers, connectors, and insulating materials; * Install, under supervision, components in main distribution boxes, distribution panels, control panels, devices, equipment, electrical accessories, outlets, switches, lighting points, and power supply points; repair and replace damaged parts; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical course in Industrial Mechanics or Electrical Engineering, or related technical fields * NR10 certification * Knowledge of maintenance mechanics, electricity and instrumentation, lathes, milling machines, planers, and Frequency Inverters/Servo\-motors * Willingness to reside in Santa Cruz do Rio Pardo/SP and work on a 6x2 shift schedule \- Shift 2 **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of filling machines; conveying and palletizing systems; robotic systems; PLCs, HMIs, and supervisory systems **Additional Information** Benefits: * Life insurance; * Health and dental plans; * Psychological counseling plan; .
