If you wish to join a team that turns challenges into solutions, this opportunity may be yours! **This selection process consists of the following stages:** * Registration and completion of online tests; * Resume and pre\-requisite review; * Interview with HR; * Interview with the department manager and/or practical test (if applicable); * Pre\-employment medical examination; * Document submission; Onboarding. * **Together Toward Our 100th Anniversary!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **In this role, you will:** * Diagnose anomalies and perform corrective and preventive maintenance on machine tools, machining centers, presses and similar equipment, electric and induction furnaces, and electroelectronic equipment; * Diagnose and replace digital drives and CNC/PLC NCUs on machine tools and machining centers; * Diagnose and replace servo\-motors on CNC machines; * Perform electrical, preventive, and corrective maintenance, renovations, and adaptations on equipment and buildings—without compromising their original specifications or affecting operator safety—and according to the established schedule; * Monitor and evaluate the electrical/electronic performance of equipment following any intervention; * Complete maintenance reports, such as maintenance orders or service requests, corrective maintenance reports, criticality analysis sheets, and maintenance management control items; * Interpret electrical drawings and diagrams; * Apply the TPM program daily in your activities and participate in planned maintenance pillar working groups; * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and the 5S program; * Perform other related duties as assigned by management. **Requirements and Qualifications** **You must have:** * Completed technical training or vocational qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, Electronics, or related fields; * Experience in industrial electrical maintenance; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting electrical schematics; * Familiarity with measurement and monitoring devices (multimeters); * Availability for afternoon shifts; * Willingness to reside in São Joaquim da Barra/SP; * Proactive behavior and critical thinking skills; * Commitment to safety practices. **Additional Information** **What do we offer?** * **Santa Casa Health Plan**, with special rates for VV employees; * **Sorriso and Hapvida Dental Plans**, with options to include dependents; * **Life Insurance**; * **Partnership with Relojoaria e Joalheria Ótica São Paulo and Ótica XV**, offering discounts and/or flexible payment terms; * **Monthly and quarterly incentive programs**, with unrestricted balance for personal use; * **iFood Benefits subscription**, providing coupons and promotions for app orders; * **Wellhub**, offering special plans and rates at gyms and studios, including dependent coverage; * **Pregnancy Support Program**, available to VV female employees and spouses of VV employees; * **Childcare allowance** for VV female employees; * **Breakfast or afternoon coffee** at the company; * **5x2 work schedule** (Monday to Friday); * **Banked hours system**; * **Company cafeteria**; * **University partnerships**, offering special discounts for VV employees; * **Internal training programs**; * **Internal job openings**.
