Here, you’ll have the opportunity to demonstrate your value and challenge yourself, helping **the largest players in the national market** keep their businesses aligned with consumer demand! **Responsibilities and duties** * Define team members assigned to each Squad, together with other chapter leaders; * Create, disseminate, and ensure adherence to software development best practices; * Stay up-to-date with technological trends and propose adoption of new technologies and best practices; * Develop and mentor team members through workshops, 1:1 meetings, feedback sessions, and team meetings; * Ensure chapter goals, objectives, and metrics align with organizational strategy; * Help resolve problems and impediments affecting team performance; * Participate in creating, breaking down, and monitoring company strategy alongside teams; * Serve as the go-to reference for questions, decisions, and guidance related to the discipline you lead; * Be responsible for creating and monitoring Squad KPIs; * Actively participate in hiring members for your Squad. **Requirements and qualifications** * Experience leading development teams. * Knowledge of software development processes (lifecycle, version control, code review, testing, deployment). * Effective communication — a critical factor for collaborative success; * A collaborative mindset, ensuring a harmonious and productive work dynamic; * Strong sense of responsibility, as we believe every action directly impacts our collective success; * Experience with agile methodologies, demonstrating adaptability and efficiency in dynamic environments; **It’s a** ***plus*** **if you have:** * Prior experience as a developer. **Additional information** At Neogrid, People Matter.
