Job Summary: Customer Facing Analyst responsible for elevating customer satisfaction, optimizing logistics processes, and strengthening relationships with the customer portfolio. Key Highlights: 1. Improve customer satisfaction with a focus on logistics 2. Analyze processes and propose continuous improvements 3. Conduct meetings and site visits with customers to strengthen partnerships **Objective:** This position is responsible for improving customer satisfaction levels, with emphasis on the logistics side (both in KPIs and in satisfaction surveys such as the "Advantage Survey"). The Customer Facing Analyst must understand customer needs, resolve issues, and bring new ideas\~solutions to enhance service delivery to their customer portfolio. Conducting daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with customers and the sales team to share and monitor KPIs (focused 100% on customer data) is an important activity for this role. Additionally, the Analyst must conduct frequent on-site visits to customers, as well as invite them to visit the Kraft Heinz Company. **Responsibilities:*** Work with customers to elevate service levels (both in KPIs and in satisfaction surveys) * Conduct in-person and online meetings with customers * Analyze current processes and propose improvements * Proactive and efficient communication with sales and logistics teams * Participate in projects from the logistics and customer service areas * **Requirements:*** Education: Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields * 3 years of experience in Supply Chain (customer service experience is a plus) * Experience with SAP or other systems (desirable) * Demonstrable records of logistics and/or customer service process optimization * Experience with satisfaction surveys (e.g., Advantage Survey) is a plus
