Job Summary: Professional responsible for preparing and reviewing budgets, developing KPIs, analyzing costs, and supporting strategic and financial decisions. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation and review of corporate budget and forecast 2. Development of financial and operational performance indicators (KPIs) 3. In-depth cost analysis by operation, contract, and cost center \* Prepare, monitor, and revise the corporate budget (Budget), Forecast, and budget revisions; \* Develop financial, operational, and strategic performance indicators (KPIs); \* Conduct cost analyses by operation, contract, customer, vehicle, route, and cost center; \* Prepare managerial statements, financial reports, and executive presentations for the Executive Board; \* Execute monthly managerial closing and analysis of results; \* Control costs associated with waste collection, transportation, treatment, and disposal services; \* Analyze variances between budgeted and actual results, proposing corrective actions; \* Conduct economic and financial feasibility studies for new contracts and investments; \* Support strategic decisions related to pricing, profitability, and operational expansion; \* Build managerial dashboards in Excel and Power BI; \* Monitor productivity indicators, fuel consumption, fleet maintenance, and logistics costs; \* Develop financial models (ROI, Payback, IRR, Projected Cash Flow, and CAPEX); \* Monitor commercial contracts from a financial perspective; \* Support internal and external audits; \* Drive continuous improvement of internal controls and governance processes; \* Consolidate financial, accounting, and operational information for managerial reporting; \* Analyze the Income Statement (DRE) monthly, identifying significant variances; \* Investigate financial and operational variances jointly with responsible departments; \* Prepare comparative analyses across periods, units, and cost centers; \* Ensure reliability, consistency, and confidentiality of the company’s strategic information.
