Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning and implementing learning situations, producing educational content across various media, and managing the knowledge base. Key Highlights: 1. Learning solution planning and implementation 2. Creation and scripting of educational content for various media 3. Knowledge base management and quality control Plan learning situations (implementation of solutions); Summarize complex materials clearly and concisely to optimize user comprehension; Script video and audio content, aiming to explore new media formats; Ensure quality control and timely updates of content on our platform; Monitor and evaluate educational processes; Produce texts and scripts for e-learning, multimedia applications, and videos; Work with content to be covered in courses and organizational training programs; Serve as production director for video lectures; Conduct training sessions; Create and maintain the knowledge base, service scripts, and procedures required to meet contracted service levels; Validate standardization of format and content of solutions; Ensure information integrity; Ensure knowledge base availability in the support system; Maintain confidentiality and access permissions for documents; Periodically report statistics and maintenance information regarding the knowledge base. Work Location: São Carlos \- SP \- 100% on-site.
