Cargo and Unloading Verifier

Description

We are seeking a committed professional to join our team as a Merchandise Verifier, responsible for accurately verifying collected and received goods, identifying shortages, overages, and damages. Ensure merchandise integrity during loading and unloading processes according to labeling symbols, contributing to service quality in cargo transportation. **Responsibilities:** * Verify fiscal documentation and other documents involved in the operation; * Verify merchandise against the invoice and/or cargo manifest; * Accurately complete all documentation related to the operation; * Delegate tasks to the assistant team by clearly specifying what needs to be done, how to do it, and why it must be done; * Unload vehicles, separating merchandise according to its destination while respecting safety symbols on packaging; * Arrange cargo inside the truck body according to cargo type; * Sort merchandise by product code (picking); * Deliver pending items such as damaged goods and returns to segregated areas; * Keep aisles clear and unobstructed to facilitate cargo movement and colleague mobility; * Assess the need to re-stack cargo, taking care to prevent damage; * Perform other duties related to this position. **Competencies:** * Results-oriented; * Strives for improvement; * Teamwork; * Understands and delights customers; * Demonstrates business ethics; **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Minimum one year of prior experience in verification roles. **Branch Address:** Rua Joaquim Palácio, 175 – José Ferreira da Costa Jr. – Marilia, SP Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.250,00 – R$2.550,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you have proven experience as a verifier?
