Focus on continuous improvement and operational adaptability. **Description** The **Checker** must ensure accuracy, integrity, and traceability of all cargo volumes throughout operations—from receiving through dispatch and exception handling—ensuring compliance with DeLuna processes, customer SLAs, and personnel and cargo safety. **Mandatory Requirements** * Education: Completed high school. * Experience: In logistics checking, last-mile delivery, HUB/DSP station, or warehouse operations. **Technical Competencies** * Basic knowledge of inventory, order picking, storage, and checking. * Understanding of goods inbound and outbound control. * Operation of simple equipment (manual pallet jack) and willingness to learn motorized equipment (forklift, electric pallet jack). * Familiarity with inventory routines and cycle counting. * Attention to safety regulations and proper use of PPE. * Reading and operation of RF scanners and TMS/WMS systems. * Labels, barcodes/QR codes; freight manifests and transport documents. * Basic occupational safety and ergonomics knowledge. * Digital skills: Basic navigation in systems, email, and spreadsheets (basic Excel/Google Sheets). **Behavioral Competencies** * Attention to detail and accuracy. * Sense of urgency and operational discipline. * Organization and teamwork. * Objective and assertive communication with operations staff and drivers. * Owner mindset, ethics, and customer focus. * Adaptability to volume fluctuations and layout/process changes. * Continuous improvement mindset (Kaizen/5S). **Responsibilities:** * Assist in vehicle loading and unloading. * Receive and verify goods against orders and fiscal documents. * Operate manual and electric pallet jacks. * Store and organize products following safety standards. * Accurately pick and prepare orders for dispatch. * Conduct periodic inventories for stock control. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. * Collaborate to optimize logistics processes. * Assist in resolving operational contingencies. * Record and report activities and incidents to the supervisor. * Verify vehicle checklists and dispatch documentation (freight manifests, transport documents). * Perform 100% scanning during loading (scan-out) to ensure traceability. * Monitor sealing and release within scheduled time windows (departure SLA). * Address discrepancies (shortages, overages, damages, illegible labels) with documentation and photographic evidence. * Process returns and redeliveries according to reverse logistics flow. * Execute cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and report closing. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in high-volume last-mile/e-commerce operations. * Knowledge of RFID and sampling-based audits. * Understanding of electronic freight bills (CT-e), digital receipts, and return procedures. * Experience handling special cargo (white/brown goods), and, where applicable, cold-chain logistics. * Owner mindset, ethics, and customer focus. * Adaptability to volume fluctuations and layout/process changes. * Continuous improvement mindset (Kaizen/5S). * Prior experience in Distribution Centers or e-commerce operations. * Proficiency in logistics systems, WMS, spreadsheets, and control platforms. * Ensuring correct addressing, labeling, and compliance of sacks/containers. * Identifying special cargo (fragile, heavy, temperature-controlled, high-value). **Benefits:** Life insurance Career development plan Meal allowance + Attendance bonus Transportation allowance Salary: R$1.700,00 – R$2.094,00 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
