We currently have an open position to join our team. ? **Job Opportunity – Billing Assistant** **Responsibilities** * Issuing inbound and outbound invoices for goods; * Verifying fiscal documents and registering them in the ERP system; * Managing goods receipt and issuing outbound invoices; * Organizing and archiving fiscal documents; * Supporting logistics and foreign trade departments in daily billing activities; * Assisting suppliers and partners with clarifications regarding invoices and processes. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields preferred); * Prior experience issuing and recording invoices; * Basic knowledge of tax legislation (ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS/COFINS); * Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel); * Organized, detail-oriented profile with strong communication skills; * Ability to thrive in dynamic environments while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines under high workload. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in import or logistics companies; * Hands-on experience handling high volumes of invoices; * Knowledge of special tax regimes; **We Offer** * Transportation allowance (per legislation) or fuel subsidy; * Meal/food allowance; * Health and dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Collaborative environment and growth opportunities.
