**About Us:** We are MTO, the company responsible for managing the O Matuto Fogo \& Mar and O Matuto Expressa units. Currently, we manage 19 units across the state of São Paulo — including 4 Fogo \& Mar units in Campinas and 15 Expressa units distributed throughout the region and capital. MTO is passionate about great food and motivated to offer and share wonderful moments! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your daily menu:** Customer service: Receive customer orders at the cash register, answer questions about dishes and the menu, enter orders into the system, and collect payment; Clean trays with cloth and alcohol. Polish all cutlery and place them in designated bags for reuse. Clean the floor and counter in the service area to remove all dirt and debris. Restock refrigerators with beverages for sale, disposable cups, and sauces using inventory items. Package takeout orders from the kitchen and iFood orders in appropriate containers for customer or motorcycle courier pickup. **Work Location: O Matuto Expressa – Shopping Max Jundiaí** **Requirements and Qualifications** **Ingredients We’re Looking For:** Flexible availability regarding working hours. Experience in customer service. Basic knowledge of cash register operation.
