If you identify with our company, join VALGROUP—we’ll go much further together! **\#transformplasticwithus** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate across Logistics areas (Analytics, Inventory, Dispatch, Inventory Counting, Coastal Shipping, Route Planning, MRO, Monitoring, Freight, and Contracting), performing administrative tasks; * Control inbound and outbound material movements in the company’s ERP system; * Support scheduling and control of loading/unloading time windows, ensuring adherence to scheduled time slots; * Support creation of shipments and freight orders, respecting the FIFO principle; * Perform system-based entries and reconcile invoices (NFs) with physical stock; * Exchange FIPs when necessary; * Participate in cyclic inventories and support material counting; * Restock supplies and materials according to defined levels; * Maintain warehouse organization and support loading/unloading checklists; * Operate data collectors and update basic departmental controls; * Complete departmental control spreadsheets, keeping them updated and verified; * Attend DDS and/or daily operational meetings; * Follow up on deliveries with carriers and update systems with basic status information; * Monitor customer orders against available inventory to ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) and On-Time In-Full (OTIF); * Authorize drivers for outbound and inbound trips, ensuring correct documentation; * Register routes and manage the Carrier Freight and Toll Voucher systems when required; * Authorize drivers and ensure submission of mandatory documents; * Receive, organize, and store materials, ensuring integrity and usability; * Operate forklifts—only for qualified and authorized employees, when required; * Perform work at heights during inventories—only for qualified and authorized employees, when required. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education Level:** * **Minimum:** Completed High School * **Preferred:** Undergraduate studies underway (Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields) **Specific Courses:** * Microsoft Office Suite—intermediate level (Excel, Word, Outlook) * Introductory courses in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Inventory Management (preferred) **Specific Knowledge:** * **Preferred:** SAP * **Other knowledge considered advantageous:** * ERP systems (TOTVS, Protheus, Oracle or equivalents) * Basic knowledge of invoice (NF) issuance and reconciliation * Familiarity with logistics KPIs (OTD, OTIF, FIFO) * Data collector operation (preferred) * Basic understanding of transportation and freight (scheduling, time windows, contracting) **Additional Information** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Food Basket; * Transportation Allowance; * On-site Lunch; * Profit Sharing Program (PPR).
