The ideal candidate will have an interest in working in the commercial area, assisting with prospecting new customers, preparing sales proposals, sales follow-up, customer service, and other activities related to the sales department. Provide customer service, clarifying doubts and providing information about the company's products. 3. Monitor the sales flow and update the company's sales system. 4. Register new customers and keep the existing database updated. 5. Participate in team meetings to align sales strategies. 6. Assist in organizing events and marketing actions to promote the company's products. 7. Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities. 8. Perform after-sales service, monitoring customer satisfaction and collecting feedback for continuous improvement. 9. Help prepare sales reports and analyze the commercial department's performance. 10. Collaborate on other sales department-related activities as required by management.
