Job Summary: Responsible for supporting the operational routines of the logistics department, ensuring the correct flow of receiving, verification, dispatch, and cargo control. Key Highlights: 1. Guarantee compliance with procedures and deadlines Meal Allowance: R$ 1.300,00 \*Working Hours:\* Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM \| Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Position Summary Responsible for supporting the operational routines of the logistics department, ensuring the correct flow of receiving, verification, dispatch, and cargo control, as well as guaranteeing compliance with established procedures and deadlines. Key Responsibilities * Cargo inspection (inbound and outbound), ensuring integrity and accuracy * Vehicle checklists (conditions, documentation, seals) * Monitoring of loading and unloading operations * Control and updating of information in systems (tracking, delivery status, incidents) * Yard organization and vehicle traffic flow * Recording and monitoring of operational incidents (damages, discrepancies, delays) * Interface with drivers and internal departments (transportation, planning, control tower) * Document verification (CT\-e, NF, manifests) * Compliance with safety and quality procedures Requirements * Completed high school education (higher education in Logistics, Administration, or related fields preferred) * Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or warehousing * Basic knowledge of systems (Excel, WMS, TMS, or similar) * Strong communication and organizational skills * Flexibility regarding working hours Preferred Qualifications * Experience in transportation operations (last mile, distribution, transfer) * Experience with tracking systems or control tower operations * Knowledge of logistics KPIs Send your resume to SUCEL Group Phone: \+55 11 2391\-6022 Website: (https://sucel.com.br) ✨ Join our team and contribute to excellence in logistics operations!
