




Job Summary: A professional responsible for the analysis and efficient acquisition of merchandise, inventory management, negotiation with manufacturers, and margin parameterization to ensure profitability and prevent stockouts. Market analysis and pricing * **Mission / Objective of the Position** * + Analyze and procure merchandise from manufacturers to ensure efficient purchasing, avoiding stockouts and overstocking. * **Main Activities / Responsibilities** * **DAILY** * + Analyze inventory control and sales flow per manufacturer to procure merchandise efficiently and avoid stockouts or overstocking; + Analyze and parameterize product margins in the management system to maintain profit margins aligned with strategic planning; + Negotiate promotional activities and funding with manufacturers to generate financial returns for the company; + Negotiate with manufacturers for funding related to slow-moving and near-expiry products to encourage their clearance; * **PERIODIC** * + Send updated inventory data to manufacturers to schedule unloading of shipments in order of priority; + Conduct competitor price analysis to assess the company’s market positioning; + Prepare manufacturer registration forms; * **OCCASIONAL** * + Register new manufacturer products via the management system; + Purchase campaign giveaways; + Create and update the merchandise commission curve to ensure appropriate salesperson compensation; + Support the commercial department with information; + Purchase products from other suppliers in case of manufacturer stockouts; + Review pricing tables and margins according to manufacturer price updates. **Working Conditions** * Computer/Cellphone/Management System * **Behavioral Skills** * + Emotional Intelligence / Conflict Management / Responsibility / Interpersonal Relationships * **Technical Skills** * + Higher Education + Completed + Administration, Accounting, or related fields + Advanced Office Suite * **Certifications / Courses / Trainings** * + Tax burden knowledge for understanding fiscal areas (state and federal taxes: ICMS, PIS, and COFINS) + Logistics fundamentals + Pricing + Whintor system + Strategic negotiation
