Job Summary:
Responsible for providing operational support in the procurement area, ensuring efficiency and quality, and contributing to the strategic objectives of Unimed Centro Rondônia.

**Brief Description:** Responsible for supporting the execution of procurement operational activities, under the guidance of the immediate supervisor and other team members, with efficiency and quality, contributing to the achievement of Unimed Centro Rondônia’s strategic objectives.
**Technical and Specific Knowledge:**
1\. Computer literacy: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (basic);
2\. LGPD – General Data Protection Law;
3\. Professional telephone handling and email response;
4\. Basic negotiation skills for buyers.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Provide service to internal and external customers, receiving them in a humanized manner and focusing on their satisfaction, under the guidance of the immediate supervisor and other team members;
* Support the preparation of purchase requisitions for materials and goods by internal customers, under the guidance of the immediate supervisor and other team members;
* Support the negotiation process and maintenance of supplier relationships;
* Register suppliers in the system completely, following the pre-established workflow, under the guidance of the immediate supervisor and other team members;
* Execute the quotation process and finalize purchases, under the guidance of the immediate supervisor and other team members;
* Support the accounting classification of expenses incurred, under the guidance of the immediate supervisor and other team members;
* Support the control of fixed assets and logistics, under the guidance of the immediate supervisor and other team members;
* Receive, inspect, and store products and materials in warehouses and storage facilities;
* Record inventory inflows and outflows and manage stock levels, under the guidance of the immediate supervisor and other team members;
* Issue transfer notes for goods, materials, and others, under the guidance of the immediate supervisor and other team members;
* Support the distribution and transportation of products, goods, and materials to be shipped, under the guidance of the immediate supervisor and other team members;
* Organize warehouses and storage facilities to facilitate movement and storage of items, maintaining clean and orderly stock;
* Assist in receiving and inspecting materials and goods, as well as their control;
* Support the preparation and issuance of reports, bulletins, and various control guides related to the area of responsibility;
* Assist in controlling and archiving external correspondence, courier packages, documents, and reports from the area;
* Comply with procedural norms regarding conduct, attire, and professional demeanor appropriate to the role;
* Propose continuous improvements to processes under responsibility;
* Participate in training sessions organized by the cooperative and apply acquired knowledge to job performance and career development;
* Stay informed about new products and services offered by the cooperative;
* Proactively address customer problems and needs;
* Maintain organization of the cooperative’s physical and digital documents;
* Ensure proper conservation, maintenance, cleanliness, and functionality of departmental equipment and environment;
* Promote and participate in cooperative events and meetings, as well as engage in social gatherings;
* Uphold ethical standards and appropriate professional conduct as part of organizational culture;
* Ensure compliance with the cooperative’s internal regulations;
* Follow guidelines outlined in the Employee Handbook and other HR policies and directives;
* Perform other related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
