Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for tracking pickups and deliveries, monitoring air and road cargo, updating delivery statuses, providing customer service, and handling logistics incidents. Delivery timeline analysis and system updates **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** Track pickups and deliveries, monitoring cargo from pickup through final delivery. Monitor air and road cargo with carriers and airlines. Update delivery statuses and provide information to customers. Provide customer service via e\-mail, phone, and WhatsApp. Handle delivery incidents, including unsuccessful delivery attempts and reverse logistics processes. Monitor and analyze delivery timelines (Lead Time). Maintain and update control and tracking spreadsheets. Query and update information in internal systems and airline and logistics partner platforms. **REQUIRED SKILLS:** * Completed high school education (college enrollment in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is preferred). * Experience in customer service within transportation or logistics. * Experience in cargo tracking, deliveries, and reverse logistics. * Proficiency in Excel (basic to intermediate level). * Familiarity with the ESL system. * Knowledge of cargo tracking with airlines and logistics partners (GOL, LATAM, JEM, SOL, and other related systems). **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Compensation: R$2\.428,33 * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance: R$ 27,61 (per workday) * Life Insurance * Medical Assistance * Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM \- On-site * Location: Tamboré \- Barueri / SP Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * Transportation Allowance * Parking * Meal Allowance * Medical Assistance * Life Insurance
