In this role, you will apply software engineering best practices to analytics development — building reliable, scalable, and well\-documented data models that empower business decisions across the organization. **100% Remote** ### **Key Responsibilities** * Build, optimize, and maintain SQL and Python\-based data pipelines. * Design and implement clean, efficient, and reusable data models. * Apply data quality testing and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to define business logic and data requirements. * Create and maintain documentation for data models, metrics, and transformations. * Develop visualizations and dashboards to help stakeholders explore and understand the data. * Manage and improve data infrastructure, automation, and version control processes. ### **Preferred Skills** * Strong proficiency in SQL and Python. * Experience with data orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt, Prefect). * Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift). * Understanding of data modeling principles and performance optimization. * Experience with version control and CI/CD for analytics workflows. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * **Why You're a Great Fit:** * You have 6\+ years of experience working with data in a software environment.
