Job Summary:
A professional responsible for managing and controlling the flow of materials, inventory, and logistics, ensuring operational efficiency and data traceability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Management and organization of parts, tools, and materials.
2. Inventory control and stock replenishment.
3. Collaboration with teams to ensure efficient material flow.

* Receive, store, and organize parts, tools, and materials used in operations.
* Control inventory of parts and materials, ensuring adequate stock levels to support operational needs.
* Issue purchase requisitions for material replenishment as required, in coordination with the procurement department.
* Prepare and deliver requested parts and tools to the team, ensuring they are in good working condition.
* Ensure accurate recording of material receipts and issuances in the system, guaranteeing justification, traceability, and data accuracy.
* Maintain the warehouse organized and compliant with safety regulations and best storage practices.
* Collaborate with the maintenance team and other departments to ensure efficient material flow and prevent unnecessary operational downtime.
* Organize and conduct periodic inventories (daily, weekly, monthly, or audits) to verify consistency between physical stock and the management system.
* Suggest improvements to storage and material control processes aimed at enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.
* Verify material withdrawals from inventory outside regular business hours.
* Verify incoming invoices against purchase orders.
* Release invoices after material verification.
* Perform replenishment of all inventory items, as well as their release.
* Monitor and follow up with the Procurement Department regarding delayed deliveries of parts, consumables, and chemicals.
* Perform registration and updates of factory-related items—MM, MC, OS, AI.
* Control items added to inventory.
Assist in controlling inventory turnover and inventory value
Requirements:
Education
Completed High School
Technical qualification in Logistics / Inventory Management
Experience:
Duration: 3 years
