Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for daily freight planning, fleet monitoring, transportation systems management, as well as documentation and fuel supply control. Key Highlights: 1. Freight logistics planning and operations management. 2. Fleet control and monitoring, and transportation documentation management. 3. Transportation systems management and supplier relationship management. **Education/Experience** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (mandatory); * Specialization in Technology-related fields (preferred). **Specific Knowledge/Skills** * Advanced Excel (mandatory) and Microsoft Office suite; * Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills; * Dynamism and proactivity; * Organizational and planning abilities; * Ability to work with transportation systems and management tools. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Daily freight planning for the fleet; * Acquisition and control of aggregates; * Monitoring and tracking of trucks; * Scheduling of truck maintenance stops; * Issuance of documents (CTE, manifest, freight letter, and CIOT); * Management of internal transportation systems and suppliers (scheduling of loading and unloading); * Work schedule and leave control; * Fuel supply control; * Availability for overtime. ***Residence in Itu, Salto, or Sorocaba is required.*** **We Offer** Competitive market-based salary.
