Personalized attention and high-standard service ### **Job Description** Opportunity to work at a renowned fine-dining restaurant in Salvador. We seek a professional with impeccable technical expertise and a discreet demeanor to deliver a memorable gastronomic experience to our guests. ### **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Technical Service**: Conduct table service following classic and French service protocols. * **Sommelier**: Open and serve wines, demonstrating knowledge of beverage and food pairing. * **Mise en place**: Prepare the dining room, polish cutlery and glassware, and organize tables and sideboards. * **Experience Management**: Monitor table progress, anticipate guest needs, and ensure complete satisfaction throughout the meal. * **Care and Hygiene**: Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and condiment sets (salt and pepper shakers, etc.), as well as sanitize menus. ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education**: Completed High School. * **Experience**: Solid experience in personalized service and high-standard service. * **Competencies**: Professional etiquette, refined demeanor, and excellent communication skills. ### **Additional Information** * **Employment Type**: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws contract). * **Compensation**: R$ 1\.827,09 \+ Commission (Service charge). * **Benefits**: Transportation allowance. * **Location**: Salvador/BA (Neighborhood: Dois de Julho). * **Working Hours**: To be determined Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
