Creating a pleasant experience for customers Customer service at a bar/restaurant in the wine segment located in Monte Alegre neighborhood, Piracicaba\-SP. Competencies \-Enjoying people; Being attentive and kind; Being disciplined; Being agile; Responsibilities \-Greeting customers and seating them at tables; \-Taking food and beverage orders from customers; \-Ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered to tables promptly; \-Recommending appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and house specialties; \-Confirming orders with kitchen staff and fellow servers whenever clarification is requested; \-Assisting with cleaning, setting up, and reorganizing tables to accommodate customers; \-Collaborating with restaurant management to immediately resolve any customer concerns; \-Creating a pleasant experience for customers; Prerequisites: \-Personal vehicle \-Experience as a waiter/server; \-Customer service skills; \-Ability to work in a team and handle problems; \-Ability to learn and use the restaurant's POS (Point of Sale) software platform; \-Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays; Working Hours: Weekdays and weekends / 8-hour shifts / Night shift Benefits Service charge, Meal allowance, and Fuel assistance Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$4\.500,00 \- R$5\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Waiter (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
