Join the largest genuinely Brazilian fast-food chain — just come! **What we are looking for:** A professional capable of maintaining strong customer relationships, offering qualified and suggestive product sales according to the service quality standards established by the Chain, delivering the best consumption experience to customers and achieving strong sales and TM (Transaction Margin) results for the store. **Your main responsibilities and activities:** Contribute to cleaning, maintenance, and organization of your sector and other areas during opening and closing shifts, in accordance with standards set by the Chain; Familiarize yourself with the menu, dish compositions, product codes, and promotional campaigns, constantly updating knowledge with leadership to ensure service quality standards for customers; Ensure strong customer relationships with the objective of loyalty, always responding promptly and courteously, acting swiftly when issues arise, and contributing to excellent customer service — consistently delivering products meeting Chain standards and within established timeframes; Safeguard the Brand’s image by reporting any irregularities related to products, communications, complaints, or issues affecting customer loyalty to Leadership; Follow Sales Steps guidelines to perform qualified and suggestive sales to customers, aiming to increase TM and service quality; Ensure continuous replenishment of the display counter during your shift so that products and utensils remain adequately stocked, supporting daily sector preparation, assembly, and efficient customer service; Ensure all equipment used is well-maintained and fully operational, promptly informing Leadership about required maintenance or replacement; Act cooperatively, oriented toward teamwork, supporting other sectors and leaders with the sole objective of elevating the Brand’s reputation and improving store performance. **Minimum Education Requirement:** Elementary School (1st level) Transportation Allowance
