Job Summary: We are seeking a consultative Sales Representative to serve as the first point of contact for clients, guiding the sales process through to closure in a dynamic environment. Clear goals, meritocracy, and recognition **Position: Sales Representative** We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our commercial team and serve as the first point of contact between clients and Settee. We are a consultancy specialized in internationalization, focusing on tax residency, offshore structures, and tax planning. Our objective is to securely, efficiently, and purposefully structure our clients’ lives and businesses outside Brazil. You will handle approximately 50 inbound leads per day across various channels, including WhatsApp and phone calls, and be responsible for guiding clients from initial contact through to the sale of an initial consultation with our specialists—ensuring a professional, consultative, and humanized experience. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide customer service across multiple channels: WhatsApp, e\-mail, phone calls, Instagram, and other social media platforms * Qualify leads and understand individual needs * Present solutions and services in a consultative manner * Guide the sales process through to closure * Conduct follow\-up and lead nurturing within the CRM * Collaborate with the operations and specialist teams * Maintain professional, clear, and brand-aligned communication * Represent Settee with excellence and commercial ethics * Update internal data and records throughout the sales process **Mandatory Requirements** * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Minimum 2 years of prior experience in consultative and complex sales * Minimum 2 years of prior experience handling phone and messaging-based customer interactions * Minimum 2 years of prior experience using CRM systems and sales processes * Familiarity with sales techniques * Experience working remotely * Fluent English **Preferred Qualifications** * Third language proficiency * Experience in the financial sector * Experience with goal-setting and incentive systems * International experience * Bachelor’s degree * Experience with taxation, fiscal matters, mobility, etc. **Candidate Profile We Seek** We are looking for someone with natural sales intuition, a consultative mindset, the ability to quickly build trust, and a genuine interest in professional growth.
