We are seeking a Deputy Team Leader (m/f/d) for our Production Department or Dough Preparation Section. **Deputy Team Leader (m/f/d)** **Key Responsibilities** ----------------- As Deputy Team Leader, you are responsible for production across the entire baking line or department. As Deputy Team Leader, you are responsible for production across the entire baking line or the Salted Bakery Department during your shift and will be entrusted with the following tasks: * Preparing and monitoring the manufacturing process * Cleaning, setting up, and starting up the production process * Identifying, responding to, and reporting deviations * Documenting equipment and product parameters * Meeting operational performance indicators and HACCP requirements (critical control point specifications) * Ensuring product quality and operational hygiene * Performing or supporting maintenance and repair tasks * Instructing and training less-experienced employees * Particularly when acting as substitute, you serve as the primary contact person for all matters concerning the line vis-à-vis other departments and interfaces within the plant. **Requirements** ----------------- For this responsible position, you hold a completed vocational qualification as a Food Technology Specialist, Baker (m/f/d), Confectioner (m/f/d), or another food-related trade, ideally supplemented by master-level education or leadership experience. You possess strong technical understanding. For this role, we require teamwork skills, willingness to learn, resilience, commitment, and readiness to communicate.
