Please complete this quick form: https://bit.ly/sdrhiring **What You’ll Do** * Prospect youth sports organizations across the U.S. (clubs, leagues, associations) * Build pipeline through cold calling, email, and Facebook outreach. * Identify decision\-makers and generate new opportunities * Qualify prospects and book demos * Test messaging and improve outreach performance * Maintain CRM and track activity **What We’re Looking For** * 1\-3\+ years in SDR, BDR, or outbound sales * Strong experience with cold outreach (calls, email) * Proven ability to generate pipeline and book meetings * Fluent English (spoken and written) * High level of ownership and accountability **Ideal Profile** * You take initiative and don’t wait for leads * You’re resourceful and find ways to get results * You’re comfortable with high activity and outbound work * You’re coachable and open to feedback * You enjoy testing, improving, and making things work **Nice to Have** * Experience selling to U.S. market * Startup or fast\-paced environment experience * Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoominfo, etc.) **Details** * **Schedule:** Must overlap with U.S. (EST) * **Compensation:** $1,500 \~ USD/month \+ commission * **Start Date:** ASAP Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: Remote
