Teamwork and problem solving **BAR ATTENDANT \- BATEL** **Salary: BRL 1,958.00 \+ 10% commission (average BRL 800–1,300\) \= Average monthly salary between BRL 3,000.00 and BRL 3,200.00** **Benefits: On\-site meal \+ Meal Allowance BRL 150.00 \+ Transportation Allowance** **Gympass** **Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:20 PM** **Schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off; 1 Sunday per month** **Work Location: Batel** Main Responsibilities: * **Customer Service:** Greet, seat, present the menu, answer questions, suggest items, and ensure customer satisfaction. * **Beverage Preparation and Service:** Prepare and serve alcoholic and non\-alcoholic beverages and cocktails, following recipes and standards. * **Bar Operations:** Manage orders. * **Organization and Cleaning:** Maintain cleanliness of the bar counter, dining area, and workspaces; sanitize utensils and equipment; organize supplies. * **Inventory Control:** Monitor and assist with inventory of beverages, ingredients, and fruits, ensuring proper storage. * **Safety and Compliance:** Adhere to laws governing alcoholic beverages, occupational safety standards, and food hygiene regulations.
