Our new space will be a 3,000 m² gastronomic complex inside West Plaza Shopping Mall, featuring 12 food & beverage operations and an innovative concept: integrating street + mall with table service, unified check system, and experiences blending restaurant, culture, and entertainment. This venue marks the final phase of a retrofit project and will feature an open façade facing Rua Francisco Matarazzo, adjacent to Allianz Parque — with potential to attract up to one million visitors per year. We are looking for someone who embodies our essence directly behind the bar: a person who, day in and day out, delights every customer with technical skill, creativity, and friendliness. If you pay attention to details, are passionate about service, and can transform every drink into a unique experience, this position is for you. **Responsibilities:** Prepare and serve drinks, cocktails, and beverages following house recipes and standards; Serve customers at the bar with friendliness, attentiveness, and efficiency, ensuring an excellent experience; Maintain an organized and well-stocked bar, managing inventory of ingredients, tools, and beverages; Comply with hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations according to established standards; Work collaboratively with servers to ensure smooth service flow; Create and innovate cocktails and presentations, contributing to the menu and the establishment’s identity; Prepare and serve drinks quickly, consistently, and with impeccable presentation; Demonstrate proficiency in using draft beer systems, cocktail shakers, and other bar equipment; Organize bar mise en place before opening and replenish as needed; Perform bar opening and closing procedures and participate in daily operational controls. **Required Competencies:** Knowledge of mixology (classics and original creations), including mastery of preparation techniques and presentation. Efficiency and organization to handle high order volumes without compromising quality. Strong communication skills and friendliness in direct customer interaction. Ability to work effectively in teams, collaborating well with waitstaff, kitchen staff, and managers. Inventory and supply management, ensuring mindful usage and minimizing waste.
