Provide technical support to the team and guide new employees #### **About the Position:** The professional will be responsible for analyzing technical assistance requests, verifying eligibility for manufacturer warranty coverage, and overseeing the entire billing and reimbursement process, ensuring compliance with established regulations and deadlines. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze warranty requests in accordance with manufacturer regulations and eligibility criteria; * Perform data entry and tracking on the manufacturer's portal for reimbursement processing; * Prepare and organize documentation for billing of services approved under warranty; * Manage appeal processes for rejected warranties, where applicable; * Send parts to the manufacturer for analysis, as well as perform necessary controls and records; * Execute disposal of replaced parts under warranty, in accordance with timelines and procedures; * Monitor reports on pending items and reimbursement receipts from the manufacturer; * Develop reports and performance indicators for the Warranty Department; * Provide technical support to the team and guide new employees. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in warranty-related routines within the automotive industry; * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; #### **Desirable Requirements (Preferred Qualifications):** * Completed technical education in Automotive Mechanics; * Knowledge of automotive mechanics; * Experience with manufacturer portals and reimbursement processes; * Experience with warranty performance indicators and controls. #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * Monday to Friday * 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Break: 1 hour and 12 minutes for lunch * Extended to PwD
