Description: To participate in our process, you must have: * Education: Completed High School. * Skills: Proactive and organized profile. * Preferred knowledge: Experience with Warranty Processes. On a daily basis, you will: * Analyze Warranty Processes (Service Orders). * Receive, analyze, identify, and allocate replaced warranty parts. * Verify parts requested by Toyota, pack and ship them according to Toyota standards, or scrap/discard parts approved for such action. * Monitor the status of each submitted process (Approved / Rejected / Returned). * Submit processes within the stipulated deadline. * Maintain process quality in accordance with the current year’s Warranty Manual. * Monitor bulletins issued by Toyota and forward them to designated departments. * Consult the dealer’s distributor statement and track payment for approved processes. * Monitor losses and revenue using Power BI and generate reports in Excel. 251211020249427105
