Description: For this position, we require the following qualifications: * High school diploma. The responsibilities of the professional in this role will include: * Participating in the analysis of warranty processes issued by Dealerships when manufacturing defects are detected, investigating details, confirming the existence of such defects, and verifying whether the vehicle and replaced parts were covered under the Warranty Plan. * Analyzing warranty claims for services performed by third parties through Dealerships, checking service details and costs to approve and forward these processes for payment of services rendered. * Issuing Entry and Exit Invoices based on system-generated reports upon receipt of warranty parts or their dispatch for technical evaluation or disposal, ensuring proper inventory control of spare parts. * Registering Campaigns and Recalls in the system using technical information received from the Manufacturer, aiming to inform Dealerships about the importance of these actions and the necessity of performing the required repairs. 2511050202231849394
