We created Banco Bari, a digital bank born with the purpose of transforming Brazilians' relationship with money, offering complete solutions in banking, credit, and investments.** **Barigüi Group: The future moves us.** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** · Issue credit requests; · Prepare a statement of interventions intended for the customer to bill under warranty; · Create a credit request for interventions to be billed under warranty; · Perform warranty pre-billing; · Correct anomalies in credit requests. · Manage reimbursement of warranty claims; · Daily input of credit requests; · Handle complaints related to reimbursements; · Process the return of warranty parts; · Manage inventory of warranty parts by labeling, categorizing, and listing parts for reshipment; · Ensure proper disposal/destiny of parts; · Monitor anomalies reported during part inspections; · Archive all Warranty Processes to allow easy and quick access for future reference; · Track credits and/or potential debits, providing a weekly report on warranty status to the Department Manager. · Handle settlement requests; · Manage justifications; · Ensure documentation exists to prove repairs performed, including mechanic diagnosis approved by the workshop supervisor. In case of third-party service, a supporting invoice must be provided. **REQUIREMENTS** Experience in roles requiring attention to detail, organization, and strict adherence to deadlines; * Preferred high school diploma completed, preferably technical course; * Basic automotive knowledge; * Experience in administrative processes; * Ability to organize, maintain order and cleanliness. **Differentiator** * Familiarity with Stellantis Warranty Process; * Knowledge of ERP Dealernet Workflow; Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Pay: R$2,600.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
