Job Summary: Automotive Warranty Analyst responsible for managing and processing vehicle warranties, requesting reimbursements, and handling documentation with manufacturers. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze and manage vehicle warranties and defective parts replacement 2. Request factory reimbursements and invoice warranty service orders 3. Handle agreement requests and warranty registrations with the manufacturer . **Analyze vehicle warranties for defective parts replacement** · Request reimbursement from the factory and invoice warranty service orders; · Prepare a summary of interventions intended for the customer to invoice the warranty; · Request necessary parts for vehicle repair/maintenance from the manufacturer; · Open and close warranty orders and free inspections; Evaluate and adjust warranty claims. . **Handle agreement requests and registrations** · Submit invoices and warranty registrations to the manufacturer; · Monitor and verify whether repairs are performed in accordance with policy; · Prepare and submit Warranty and Prior Agreement requests to the Manufacturer. It is essential that these contain, accurately and completely, all data specified on the forms; . Ensure the existence of documentation proving the repairs performed, including the mechanic's diagnosis approved by the workshop supervisor.
