Job Summary: Internship in technical support for web system users, performing analysis, simulation, and guidance on platform functionalities. Key Highlights: 1. Relaxed environment conducive to learning Requirements: Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program (in IT or related field). Prior experience in SERVICES and COMMERCE sectors. Understanding of core operational routines in service-providing companies and/or retail commerce (e.g., cashier, inventory, sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and other related rules). Desirable: \* Knowledge of the issuance process for major fiscal documents (NFSe, NFe, NFCe). \* Basic internet navigation skills, as the system is web-based. \* Familiarity with and ability to use web browsers. Responsibilities: Provide technical support to system users via chat or phone call. Analyze and simulate system scenarios reported by users. Guide users on how to subscribe to licensing plans. Explain how to create a user account and use the web system.
